I'm doing a major reset. I've been on and off this site for about 4 years with no weight loss to show for it. I'm doing a complete overhaul of my page to "erase" all my previous attempts and start fresh again.

I feel I have gotten all areas of my life on track except for my weight loss. Now is my time to focus on this.

There are three big motivations that I have. First is my 1 year old daughter. Now that she is mobile I am having a hard time keeping up with ...

Here are my Top 10 goals.

My Program:
Eat Heathy, make sure I get in all my servings of fruit, veggies, and water!

Be in the gym 6 days a week.
