Aiming for shorts season!

Gained too much weight going through a cancer diagnosis and treatment in 2011. 2012 brought me 24 pounds lower. Gained a bit now hoping 2013 will bring me down another 15!

1/1/2012 = 184 lbs.
6/3/2012 = 163 lbs. (lost 21)
9/8/2012 Goal: 148 (never made it)
2/4/13 = 163 and starting a new challenge

My Goals:
MET! Goal 1: 163, puts me inside my Normal BMI range for my height

Goal 2: 148, puts me easily in the middle of my BMI range for my height

144 = Center of BMI range

My Program:
Walk 3-5x/week for an hour = 500+ calories

Eat between 1200-1500 calories to lose consistently.

So did you? (workout?). I cant stand going more than a day without one! lol I don't know if it's guilt or my body telling me to get my lazy ass up and do something!
