I am a 24-year-old young professional who is working to lose that ever-present 5-10 lbs and maintain a healthy, stable weight that I feel comfortable with. I enjoy fitness--running, spinning, TurboKick, circuit training, weight-lifting, and stretching. I also enjoy cooking/baking and sports. The stress of my job (social work) often leads me to eat emotionally, so I am trying to add some structure and support using SparkPeople!!

Eating 5-6 meals per day, lots of protein, healthy fats, and whoel grains/fruits/veggies, interval training 3x/week, weight-lifting 2-4 times per week

Thanks for the advice on the message board! Adding more meals to my day might really help me, it is hard when you are hungry and still have way too much time left before your next meal. So I will try it your way and see if it works for me. Thanks again!
