Update August 17, 2012.
I have started over again on my road to lose weight. My ultimate goal is 135. I was down to 142 in the spring but went back up over a stressful summer.
Spark People works - I know that for a fact - all I have to do is work at it!

Plan - record food daily and increase exercise starting with minimum of 10 minutes a day and work up to 30 minutes 5 days a week.

Goal reset October 23, 2011:

Weight down to 140 on January 15, ...

Goal reset October 23, 2011:

Weight down to 140 on January 15, 2012. My past history is to gain over the holidays so I am making this only 1/2 pound per week to lose. I have lost six pounds since starting Spark People.
Exercise goal of 10 minutes per day minimum.

Goal: lose 10 pounds by October 22 then reset goal for another 10.
Have slowly gained 30 pounds since Menopause - would like to go back 20 eventually.

My Goals:
I need to improve my stamina and lower my cholesterol.

My Program:
I am watching what I eat - increasing fruits and vegetables. My diet is generally very goo with occasional lapses into sweets. ( Love that chocolate!). Where I fall down is in the exercise department. Need to be consistent with exercise.

Yoga is a great way to get those girls to stretch their limbs! Richie and I were just talking about getting the bikes out from Dad's so we all can go bike riding in the Wadhams to Avoca Trails this summer.
