Hello - I'm a 40-something looking to lose 5-10 pounds, which just crept up on me over the years. Exercise is generally fun, but cutting calories is tougher for me. I have never had a positive attitude about eating healthy and tracking calories, and I would like to be proud of my eating! Looking to get feedback from the community and offer it to others.

I live in the windy city of Chicago, am 40 something and I like to be outside and active! Need to learn how to cut my calories, as the pounds have crept up on me over the years.

Other Information:
Married with two kids, three grown stepchildren and a dog! Accustomed to hosting large family dinners :)
Work part time as a financial analyst

I think for netflix you do need an account, but I'm pretty sure you can find at lest one or two of them on hulu for free. Each movie has it's own website, which will probably have the info. Enjoy!

proud that you are working on this in your 40's at 5-10 lbs instead of what I did (wait till my 50's) and now low metabolism and menopause put a lot more weight on me and its harder to work. I admire you for starting now so it won't run ramped.
