My Goals:
I want to lose weight and exercise consistently. I want to be healthy and NOT have to diet - just incorporate a health(ier) diet into my more active lifestyle.

My Program:
I walk or go to the gym 5-6 times a week - min. 30 minutes cardio, strength train 3 days week. Eat 1500-1800 calories (well I try to).

I liked your post in the coconut oil team about the raw oats, milk, and berries soaked overnight in your fridge for an instant breakfast the next morning. Sounds great, because I love oats uncooked. Thanks for posting.
