A belated welcome to the Living Binge Free team, where we concentrate more on learning to eat sanely in all situations with all foods rather than directly on weight loss. May I recommend a resource? I just finished, "Eat to Live" by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. He uses an equation: H = N / C ...about the nutritious quality of our food making ALL the difference. -- In my opinion, it would be a great book to check out to MAINTAIN your achievement!
