My former body... If I can get back to this, I will be THRILLED! I was unhappy with my bod back then *not many pictures because I didn't like my bod*, but now realize it wasn't so bad!! 75 pounds to go!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY LIFE and I even love my body - I just hate the way I've treated it over the last several years. I haven't treated it too well, but it has been faithful to me and for that, I love it. :) It's all about choices and I'm choosing differently these days and choosing to take CARE of my body...

I started here on Spark about 6 weeks ago and have lost 13 pounds so far.

I started here on Spark about 6 weeks ago and have lost 13 pounds so far.

I HATE HATE HATE the picture to the left... but it is a constant reminder of why I am here and motivates me to work harder. That was me at my heaviest - about 5 years and 40 pounds ago.

My first short term goal is 25#s by January, so working hard to hit it. I'm a busy mom of toddlers and my life is pretty crazy, but I WILL do this and be successful. I am using a Bodybugg to help me on my journey and LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! I can't say enough good things about it! If you want to know more about it - just shoot me a message. :)

I welcome anyone who wants to be a positive influence and encouragement in my journey. :-)

Goals:
25#s by January
50#s by May 1st.
75#s by August (Ultimate goal weight - would be in the best shape of my life - EVER- Even better than when I was an aerobics instructor (back in the day) because now I have the Bodybugg to give me a really realistic view of what I am doing and I KNOW I can hit that goal with the right tools!)

My Goals:
Ultimate goal is to lose 75lbs - more is even better. :-) My first goal is to lose 25lbs, then 50, then 75, and then the last 10.

My Program:
Exercise and burning calories is key for me.

-Walk at least 30 minutes daily.
-Stationary bike (injury) at least 60 minutes 3 times a week.

Bought a bodybugg to help me keep track more accurately. - Goal is a 1000 calorie/ day deficit.
