For my Boys

I'm a 35 year old mom to 2 boys, Spencer & Brady. My husband and I have been married for 10 years. Weight and self-image have always been a huge issue for me but oddly not enough to get me going to be healthy and at a happy weight. I'm hoping this site will help me get the "spark" that it has given so many others.

Wow! I first joined this site 4 years ago. I am now 39, still a mom to 2 boys and now married for 14 years. The big 4-0 is coming up in 2014 as well as our 15 year anniversary.
I am disappointed that I am not updating this to be a success story...My weight has crept up even higher. I'm actually afraid to get on the scale. I'm afraid of seeing over 200 as I think that's where I'm at right now.
My current plans are to log on to Sparkpeople daily.
Read books aside from the Spark. Glean as much information from them that I can implement into my life.
Drink more water. Start moving. Cut out mindless snacking/bingeing at night in front of the tv.
Goal for November is to come up My Goals and My Program so that I can update my SparkPage. I may move this to a blog entry instead and clean this up as time allows.

Thank you for the hope! I got injured last September, then got better after just a quick jaunt of being out for about 2 weeks, then got seriously injured a week later .... so I haven't been up to much for the last year.

I am hoping I can get back sometime soon! But gosh I MISS EVERYTHING and especially my insanity, running and YOGA!
