Fit 4 Life

I am 100% committed to continuing on in my quest for living a healthy, fit lifestyle. I have finally changed careers and have begun my journey in the fitness industry. I am starting my career as a personal trainer and currently teaching 5 Spin classes a week. This page is designed to keep me motivated and hopefully to inspire others.

It's hard to measure my weight loss success when the changes to my body are subtle, but I definitely notice a difference in my energy! It's the little things that make me happy now - like trying on a pair of jeans from my closet and noticing that my booty doesn't quite fill them out as much anymore. As I'm changing careers and really trying to get into fitness full time, I'm even more concerned about my body composition. I need to be able to use my own body to experiment with to determine what works or doesn't work for me before trying those theories out on somebody else. It's going to be a tough road ahead, but I can't wait to get there!

My Goals:
My goal has always been and will always be to live a healthy, fit lifestyle. It's not about weight, it's about how I feel both inside and out. Over the next year, I want to transform myself into a fitness role model and hopefully inspire others along the way!

My Program:
I Spin 4-5 days a week in addition to teaching my own Spin classes. I commit to 3-4 days of weight training and 2 yoga classes throughout the week to keep my muscles lengthened and challenged. I might as well live at the gym!

Other Information:
I am hooked on The Fat Flush Plan and would recommend that everyone gets a copy of the book. It has truly changed the way I look at food and is definitely a diet that delivers what it promises. I also find the Master Cleanse to be intriguing as well. I choose to cleanse about 3 times a year and feel great every time I do it! I'll warn you that this cleanse is not for everyone... but for those of you who wish to try it - it totally works!

Another Fat Flusher!!!! Yea!!!!!!!!! Sure wish there was a Fat Flush Team here... I'm totally sold on the FFP too... I've been off plan for too long and it's time to get back to it and get healthy once again.
