I was using Sparkpeople a lot before I was pregnant. I have not been putting myself first. I would like to loose my post pregnancy weight and become healthier and happier. I want to set a good example for my daughter.

My Goals:
Exercise 10 minutes a day at least. Eat 5 fruits/vegetables everyday. Drink 10 glasses of water a day. Loose 26.6 lbs by the end of June.
My Program:
Do the QFC to the best of my ability everyday so I at least get some exercise. Walking 2 -3 times a week for at least 30 mins.
Other Information:
Strive for progression, not perfection.
