I want to finally learn to live a healthy lifestyle. (Taking off another 70 pounds in the process wouldn't hurt!)
I've stopped just watching what I eat and started tracking it and actually paying attention to the calories. I also do Leslie Sanson's 5 Fast Miles5-6 days a week plus Spark People strength training 3 times a week.
I turned 60 this year, and it is time to get the weight off and keep it off.
