Hello, I am a working mother of 2. We are approaching the 1 year anniversary of our move from SoCal to Portland. Ben quite the adjustment, but loving it! I joined this site in hopes of some assistance in weight loss. I have been trying for a while now with no success (Who hasn't, right?). Hello, I am a working mother of 2. We are approaching the 1 year anniversary of our move from SoCal to Portland. Ben quite the adjustment, but loving it! I joined this site in hopes of some assistance in weight loss. I have been trying for a while now with no success (Who hasn't, right?). I had successfully lost close to 90 pounds in 2006-2007, then became pregnant (go figure). I put on 45 pounds and have only managed to keep 10 of that off since her birth in 2009. I know my weakness (besides corn chips) is the motivation to get out and get some physical activity. It's difficult after being gone all day. I usually want to hang with my bebe. I do occasionally go out for walks with her. But a lot of times I just lack the energy to do anything. :( So... now I am here. Hoping to use this site to hold myself accountable. :)

My Goals:
My goals are to get to a healthy weight so when my little one starts school. she isn't the the kid with the fat mom. I want to be physically active so that my kids will carry that habit into adulthood.
My Program:
I am loosly following the Primal Lifestyle. Instead of 80/20, I am more 70/30. But, it is working.
