I've been battling with weight for a while now and after graduating college things have really gone down hill. I am currently the heaviest I have ever been in my life and I'm really hoping to change that and stick with it. It's weird because I know I feel better when I eat right and exercise but it's still something that's difficult for me to do. I guess I'm not the only one it's difficult for otherwise Spark People would not exist, right?
