I have exercise pretty well incorporated in my life and seeing weight loss as I track my food and choose healthier whole food choices and not eating out as much. Am also finding I crave healthy foods when traveling. Spark Challenges have helped me see weight loss and hold me accountable.
Control size of portions and think before eating. Keep track of what I eat. Had to back off the 60 minutes of exercise each morning. Knees started rebelling. Hoping to increase my 30 - 40 minutes gradually and see how it goes. When weather permits walking 30 minutes at lunch time.
Hi I'm 55 and have been happily married for 35 years. I'm exploring new areas of this program and thrilled with al the education I'm receiving. I have one son who's married and a 29 year old daughter who now lives in Florida and is a teacher. I work full-time and am a Marketing Director and Agent at an insurance agency. At this stage of life I am amazed at where God is taking me. Places I've never dreamed of.
Seems like my career is becoming more challenging instead of slowing down. I like the variation and challenges but trying to learn how to juggle everything with caring for mother-in-law, being a wife, career, making exercise and loosing weight a priority, spending time with my adult children, traveling with our best friends, working in the yard etc. etc. Seems like I am busy and have little time for FUN and quiet time for myself.
