My name is Stacey and I am a recovering food addict! Every time I think I have my addiction under control it rears its ugly head. I am married with four wonderful children. I am a NICU nurse(which I love) and my stress level is through the roof! Our lives are so busy...we stop for nothing! My kids are busier at this stage of their lifes than when they were when they babies. We run from one event to the next......barely stopping to rest. If you had asked me two years ago if I thought my battle was over and my food bondage broken I would have said YES�.but the truth is it will always be a battle and I can not for one moment forget that!
I have reset all my previous goals and am starting from DAY 1. Until I read the SPARK......I didn't really understand counting my days! Now I do understand DAY 1 is for me and no one else..........DAY 100 is for me and no one else! If someone is encouraged by my DAY 1 or any of my DAYS after that........I will count it all JOY in knowing that my obedience has BLESSED those around me.
I am who I am because CHRIST lives in me! I want my temple to bring him honor! My weight-loss is for his glory.
I can not do this alone........so please feel free to join me along the way......our paths did not meet by accident.....lets help each other to succeed!

1. No Sugar
2. Drink 5.5 bottles of Water daily
3. Exercise at least 4 x a week
4. Eat more vegetables and fruit daily
5. Eat two healthy snacks a day
6. NO white flour
7. Stay within my calorie range of 1200 - 1500 a day

Personal Information:
Married with children....we are always on the go! Trying to find a balance between work, family, friends, church and getting healthy. The hardest thing about being a wife and mother is remember that I am also JUST ME! Trying to find the ME again before life has past me by. Don't get me wrong my GOD and FAMILY are the most important but without the ME I forget why they are the most important.
