After a long break i am back..

My Goals:
changing my Goals to smaller achievable ones.

loose 20# by march 1 2012 for vacation.

do cardio 5 days a week

Dance 7 hour a week

do 90 minutes weight a week

do Yoga twice a week

limit carbs, stay at 1200 calories a day.

Big Goal: Loose 80# by December 31, 2012

My Program:
Drink only water and one Dt. sierra Mist a day

Excercise at least 30 minutes each day.

Line Dance at least 7 hours a week.





Personal Information:
I am a born and raised Wisconsinite. I have two grown children, and two wonderful Grandchildren, one is 5 and in kindergarten and loving school, my youngest grandson is 2 and is disabled. he is unable to eat or drink normally and cannot speak. truly my little angel.

Other Information:
I love to Read, and line dance.

Stopped by to visit your page when I saw your comment on a SP blog/article today. You said "if I ever lose the weight, I will tell you if I have any health benefits from it". I am here to tell you that you CAN and WILL lose this weight. You must tell yourself this daily even if you don't believe it yet. Positive thoughts are powerful!

I know you are feeling down because the scale is not doing what you want but, keep eating healthy and exercising and you will drop that weight.

Think positive and never give up on yourself. You are worth the hard work and the benefits are already starting inside your body without you knowing it yet. Take it one pound at a time/one day at a time.

We will make 2012 our year to shine! WooHoo!
