My Goals:
My goal is to tighten up my low carb food plan and my accountability by posting here, tracking my food and doing what I know works in order to lose the last 20+ lbs that have been dogging me for years following a "final" 80 lb loss.

My Program:
What I have been doing for 8 years is a healthy low carb plan that includes lean meat , mostly chicken and fish, (red meat once a week or so), lots of fresh greens, low carb protein bars (I like them for breakfast), and even low carb tortillas to sub for bread. I eat 3 moderate meals and 1 or 2 snacks and find i can live that way happily most of the time.

Personal Information:
I live between Malibu and Santa Barbara CA in a town called Ventura. I work as a business coach/consultant so authenticity is very important to me. Having conquered the BIG weight loss (something I've done at least 3 times before), my confidence is good, but how great would it be to finally be at my ideal weight and fitness level!

Other Information:
I'm a voracious reader, a requirement for my profession fortunately. My challenge is to implement a fraction of the things I "know" about how to succeed and prosper and live a positive spiritual, and grateful life. It's fun to be a work in progress but on the weight loss issue, I'm ready to get it done and work on living at peak performance level!

    I was reading through some old "Habits of Fit Ppl" and I read your comment about packing your gym bag the night before. That's awesome that you have kept off 80 lbs for 8 years! You're an inspiration to the rest of us. Keep up the good work.
