Learn to run so that in the spring I can learn how to Ultimate Frisbee!

Be able to do more chin-ups and pull-ups!

Prepare to be mud-mobbed doing a Spartan in June!

Sunday: Pole dancing and Climbing

Monday: Belly dancing (come April: Ultimate)

Tuesday: Climbing

Wednesday: Foosball (calf workout?)

Thursday: Belly dancing and pole dancing

Friday: Climbing

Saturday: rest!

THANK YOU so much for your honest comment on my blog! I tend to avoid fad-sounding diets like paleo or gluten free. I'm the kind of person who needs flexibility or I will actually go crazy. I try to be realistic like - I like going out to eat when I can for fun, I like a beer once in a while, would giving that up make me a better or happier person? I don't think so.

I know there has been research and all on the benefits of these diets, but I also know that it will cost more and take much more effort at a time where I'm really low on funds and I'm still working on making this part of my non-lazy lifestyle. I know people will also argue that by NOT doing this, I'm not making an "investment in myself" but those people probably make more money than I do. Just sayin'.

Anyways - thanks for your support & honesty. I appreciate it! Hope you are having a great week so far!
