My Goals:
This year, my main goal is to push myself outside of my fitness comfort zone by doing more strength training. I also want to try as many new classes and types of workouts as possible!

I'd also like to cook more by challenging myself to try several new healthy recipes per month.

For my mind, I'd like to read, write, and get more into yoga this year, too! :)

And, the biggie-- drink more water!! I'll be the first to admit that I'm awful at getting my 64 oz in. Using Spark to keep me accountable!

My Program:
Working out at least 4x/week, incorporating more strength training and new-to-me exercises.

I eat a mostly clean diet (very few processed foods), and love making veggie-based meals, though I do eat meat sometimes.

Personal Information:
I currently live in Cincinnati, but moved around and traveled a lot growing up. I still thrive on exploring new places every chance I get! I like to write, sing, dance, and cook with my friends. I have a bachelor's degree in health promotion and education, and love to help people reach their personal health goals.

How can we find out who THE MOTIVATOR OF THE DAY was on 5/16, when the site was down? I always leave a message and wonder who the person was that got missed that day. Maybe you can post it again.
