Getting Fit and Staying that Way!!

I am a Vegetarian, Yogini, and Rookie Runner turned Long-Distance Runner. I want to live a high quality of life for as long as possible (preferably would like to be doing Yoga when I am 90!) and for me that means being healthy and happy. I enjoy learning new ways to stay fit and broadening my culinary horizons with new healthy recipes for my friends and family to enjoy! I love to travel, read and help others and want to lead a happy, well-balanced life!

My Goals:
To be fit and healthy for many years to come.

To run a Half Marathon by the end of 2012.

To grow my yoga practice, through teaching and practicing.

My Program:
I eat a vegetarian diet, and do my best to keep my sweet tooth in check. I have begun running 1-3x a week and pratice yoga 3x a week as well.

Personal Information:
From Oshawa, Ontario originally, but moved back to Canada this past year from living in Thailand for the previous 2 years. Settling back into Canadian life, in beautiful St. John's, Newfoundland.

I just read your "juicing" blog, thanks for posting, I just started so I found it really good to know and I hope that you are still at it!
You can also make the juice the night before and freeze it in ice cube trays to save doing it in the morning if you are in a rush. That is what I do for my husband so he can take his to work with him and drink it mid morning once it is defrosted!
