Hey girl! Thanks for stopping by to say hi. :) I love the 5-day AM Yoga DVD with Rodney-- I have that one, but I'll admit I haven't done it in a while!! You've just inspired ME to get up and get back into my AM practice tomorrow. That will be lovely. Will you check in and see that I actually DO it tomorrow AM?? I could always use a little extra accountability when it comes to morning routines!
As far as other yoga DVDs, I have recently gotten back into my Shiva Rea Daily Flow practice, which I love. She's very "earthy" and spiritual in her practice, and has a lot of fluid dance-like movements, which I actually like. She's not as deliberate as Rodney Yee, but has a beautiful energy that just radiates from the screen as you follow with her. I have three of her DVD's: Daily Vinyasa Flow (I love this one-- customizable matrix of workouts of various lengths), Creative Core Abs (a bit more on the creative/dance-y artsy side for practice style, but good ab workout), and one more I can't recall the name to, but it's a pretty intense DVD with TONS of workouts on it. The only downside to that is that it's pretty advanced, so there are variations suggested that I still cannot do (tough poses).

Thought I'd add you! :) Saw you were doing the LiveFit program and we basically have the same goal and weight situation (minus my heaviest was 149!) I'm currently aiming at 127 but hopefully when I reach that I'll eek it down to 125 with muscle :) 1901 days ago
