Did the fitsugar treadmill workout this morning (at last!). You are so right - those inclines at that speed are TOUGH!! Here's how I modified: - minutes 0-8 - as directed - min 8-31, I kept it at 3.5 speed and did the inclines as directed. Endorphins kicked in around minutes 24 so - min 31-34 did the speed and incline both, -dropped the last 10% incline segment -finished minutes 34-43 as directed (cool down)
I walked about 1.6 miles and burned 349 calories according to my pedometer.

50 books in one year is impressive! That used to be my goal, but I never actually met it, so I decided to lower it this year. Once I reached 48 in one year, but that was the year I graduated from law school, and had A LOT of free time on my hands after the bar exam because I only had a temp job, and I moved home with my parents :) 1206 days ago
