I'm Meg, and my ultimate goal here on SparkPeople is to reduce my weight and be fit. I don't say "lose weight", because I don't like losing anything.
And I certainly don't want to FIND weight :)

In my mind, I still look like I did out of high school--and I know you can probably relate--but what I see in the mirror says, "Not." Simply put, ey?

I tend to have difficulties in the area of motivation. Do I want to change? Yes. Exercise? No. ...

My Goals:
Hi friends!
My main goal is to feel really fit.
In order to reach this goal, I will reduce my weight by about 55 lbs or so, and will increase my physical activity.
My secondary goal is to get back into my much smaller clothing! Yea.

My Program:
We're not eating out except for once a week.

We've also upped the veggies, salad & protein shakes, instead of having meat with every single meal. It's made a huge difference in how much energy I have.

Personal Information:
We live near Tulsa, OK.

I am a writer, so need I tell you that I'm sedentary most of the time? Yep.

Time to get moving more & more. I'd love to hear from other Oklahomans or other writers too!

Other Information:
I'm currently writing an Espionage Thriller Feature Film and a Romantic Suspense novel.
