Becoming Weightless

Hello! I'm Ashley, and I want to become weightless. I want to focus on making healthy life choices, and not on my weight. Getting on that scale after a week of hard work and finding out that I haven't lost any weight is so crushing. And that disappointment can derail my momentum. So I'm giving up the scale in order to really focus on building healthy habits that don't depend on what the scale says.

I want to do this for myself. I want to do this for my husband. I want to do this for my daughter, to teach her that her worth does not lie in her physical appearance, or what size she wears. I want to set a healthy example for her, one that I would feel proud for her to follow. No crash dieting, no obsession with the scale, just healthy whole foods and exercise.
