Spring Challenges - 2015

My 2015 Overall Goal is to ...

My 2015 Overall Goal is to release 25 lbs. With these two challenges, I'm well on my way.

Biggest Loser Spring into Shape
~and~
5% Spring Challenge Commitment:

~check in and/or post to team wall 1x/day
~10 min of fitness 2x/day
~2 days strength (Tues and Fri)
~1 day flexibility
with an emphasis on better tracking habits


Ongoing commitment:

*Never Miss a Monday
*Never Go 3 Days W/Out Exercise
*Workout at Least 3 Days A Week
*Never Give Up!

My healthy motivation is regularly reminding myself that healthy feels good and losing weight is like dating and marriage. All those things you did while dating don't stop once you get married (or reach goal). You have to keep that fire lit and sparks flying! ~Sookie

Little mini-challenge for you this week! Hopefully, you’ll be reminded of this everyday—when you check your sparkpage:

“Get Up & Move”—at least once an hour. Studies show that hours of inactivity change the way your body processes glucose & fat. Continuous sitting causes metabolic changes that increase blood sugar levels & decrease the amount of fat used for fuel. Both then cause an increase in fat storage—not what you want to happen! Let’s “Get Up & Move” throughout this 5% Challenge!! We can do this, my friends! emoticon emoticon
