Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
Get 6-8 hours of sleep nightly.
State positive affirmation to self daily.
Spend quality time w/ the family consistently.

I am counting calories and decreasing fats using the food tracker.
I exercise at least 30 minutes 4-5 days /week.
I eat 2-5 servings of fruits & veggies and drink 8 glasses of water.

Although people strive to be thin and beautiful, I strive for health. My belief is that EVERYONE is beautiful in their own way.
