Thank you for the orchids and the kind thoughts--knowing that you and the DWD team are there for me has been a huge part of my healing. I am in a better place emotionally now, and I feel ready for spring now.
How are YOU doing? How's your hip? Are you a swimmer at all? If you're careful, swimming can be a great way to exercise without putting stress on your hip--just be careful to take it easy with the kicking. Other water exercise classes are good, too. Be careful with the cardio machines--keep the resistance at an easy level, and don't push the inclines. . . I want you to be ready for getting out in the nice weather!
