One walk, one pound lost, or even one healthy food choice doesn't seem like much but when they are constant, it will change the shape of me. It will change the landscape of my life.

I am so thrilled that you tried and liked the parsnips recipe! With a little catsup on top, I love using them as a substitute for french fries!

Thank you for the encouraging words on starting fresh. I just know lately I have been too hard on myself for not doing ALL the things I used to do on Spark. I can't do that... it's just going to eat me up. I'm not forget the hardwork I did before. Because it will only help me now. I just need a clean slate for the lbs lost ticker on my page! So thanks again for your support. : )

Thank you so much for the comment on my blog! I have been not caring about food choices as much lately, you are right. I just need to forgive and forget, and MOVE ON! As far as mental health days... I need to starting making time for them again. I used to take a Sat. off a month so that I could look forward to a REAL weekend off. I'm not really sure why I stopped doing it, but I do miss it!!! I have been trying to do better with telling people no, but I still don't say it nearly enough! I appreciate the advice. : )
