I'm changing my life a little every day
One drip of water doesn't seem like much, it really has no impact. But if that drip of water is constant, it can change the landscape around it. A constant drip of water can even change the shape of a rock over time. One walk, one pound lost, or even one healthy food choice doesn't seem like much but when they are constant, it will change the shape of me. It will change the landscape of my life.

I am in my mid-30s and I have struggled with weight since childhood. I am starting SP at the heaviest I've ever been, weighing in at 330 lbs.
