GOALS 9/2011

1. To start losing weight in a healthy manner. Committing to a weekly goal of 2 pounds per week.

2. Walking Daily. The Leslie Sansone's walk a mile(at least 1 mile)

3. Eating the right foods. Vegetables, baked fish and fruits.

4. Drinking 8 glasses or more water everyday.

emoticon to Spark People and the Taming the *Sweet Tooth* team. I have been fighting keep my sweet tooth under control since childhood and realized that not eating properly has been the cause of many of my aches and pains that I decided to get serious about being fit and healthy as I age.

The sweet tooth is the one thing that gives me the most problem in my diet and bit by bit I am learning to tame that sweet tooth.

Thanks for joining the team and together, we can tame the *sweet tooth* in our lives.
