Hello! Like so many others here, I am trying to stay committed to learning the skills I need to live a healthier life. I got off to a start before discovering SparkPeople, but this site has been great for new tips and motivation. I reached my 'impossible dream' goal of dropping to 150 pounds early in 2011! I have been keeping in the weight range of 150- 155 pounds ever since with a lot of new found diet preferences and love my workouts! Now my husband and I are trying to expand our family ...

My Goals:
Current Goals: Maintain healthy weight; refocus efforts on sustaining healthy choices; relax more! Past goals: Commit to eating healthier foods (on-going challenge); lose weight before starting to try to have children (completed 1/2011); be happy (on-g0ing activity).... fit into THAT dress again (not sure when I accomplished this, but it fits loosely).
My Program:
- eating balanced and healthy foods with a focus on produce (fresh when possible) - doing at least 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week - strength training at least twice a week - tracking my foods to keep up with trends
