Can I Accept the REAL me?!?
Heavy Metal is my passion!! I have a great son and a wonderful job. I want to be healthy. I do not ever want to be one of those people that are gross looking. I can work day by day in creating the ME that I love. Each day will be the new me, I will chose to try hard at being my best by making good choices in my food and activities. I will also surround myself with positive people who also strive at making good choices.

My Goals:
I need to focus on the positivity in my life. I need to discard any discouragement and negative thoughts. I need to focus on physical & emotional health, not where I've been or how I have felt all my life.
My Program:
1.) Log in my calories everyday.
2.) Plan my meals ahead of time.
3.) Drink my water everyday.
4.) Walk my dogs every day!
5.) Friday, I will weigh in & do my measurements. I will post the numbers- no matter which direction they move!
Personal Information:
I grew up in Florida but moved to NC in May of '06. Not too happy here, but I am doing my best. My job brought me here & will keep me here.
