I can do this!

I have been trying to lose weight ever since I had my baby, and while I'm back to my pre-baby weight, I was chunky before, and I look pregnant now.

I have this issue where just as I seem to make progress, I fall off the wagon. I'm not sure if it's self sabotage, a false sense of security, or something else. I'm going to get past this and reach my goals.

I found this website looking for exercises to do in a chair as research for a retirement center. I liked Nicole and her teaching style, and started watching her other videos for myself. She introduced herself as a member of SparkPeople, and that got me curious. I really like what I found, so I stayed.

You are SO right about the bad food being convenient. It's amazing how much crap you can consume with almost zero effort. Much harder to avoid it!

Hey girl! Your page was suggested to me by the site. Just gotta say I'm in the same boat as you. Trying to lose this baby weight and was chunky before, so really trying to step it up myself. Started south beach, now on day 4. Feeling reallygood, tracking food and exercise. Keep up the good work girl!
