-2009- Goals
1. To love myself enough to eat right.
2. To love myself enough to get some work out in.
3. To love myself enough to take time out for myself.
4. To love myself enough to drink my water everyday.
5. To love myself enough....
My Program:
1. Drink 8+ glasses of water a day.
2. Exercise for 30 min. at least 4-5 times a week.
3. limit diet soda to 1 or 2 a day if that. 4. Low fat diet.
5. NO fast food.
Personal Information:
I have a loving husband of 26 years and 2 beautiful girls ( Lorine- 25 & Nicole 23 ). I live in sunny south Florida, born in Ct. I love motorcycles and life. My family is #1 in my life, besides God. Love movies all kinds, from oldies to scary movies. I'm an animal lover, have 2 cats and a pit-bull. Love to scrap-book, cake decorate and cook, bake, love to floral arrange and read.
