I am challenging myself to loose 10 lbs in the next 8 weeks!!!

Am excited to have my grad program winding down and a lot of my papers are completed- only 8 more to do in 6 weeks and that is much less- so I am going to focus on myself befre I leave- exercise and eat healthy as I finish up.

Thanks so much for your comment on my blog "I'm giving up Sugar".

It's a good reminder that my mom and I have different personalities and are in very different walks of life. Next time the subject of health comes up, I'll float the suggestion that any drastic diet change should be made with the help of a qualified doctor! :)
