Best Me I Can Be

I love exercising and being active, but my arthritic knees are slowing me down. It's harder to control my weight since I had to stop running.

I love fruits and veggies, but I'm not so good at portion control. I hate the thought of tracking all my food intake., but it seems to be the only way to make a change.

I don't want to be overweight on any chart!

1) Reduce the pressure on my knees by losing weight

1) Excersise 6 days per week; at the gym, yoga class, walking, or horseback riding
2) Control portions and increase fruit and veggie servings.
3) Drink 4-5 glasses of water per day.

My weight has been stuck too , but I am determined to give myself a jump start and get the losing going again. Switching some things up and breaking some routines in the food dept. ei. fruit for breakfast instead of cereal...just changing things to see how my body reacts..hope it works.

If your husband notices you've toned up..that's a good thing! emoticon
