I'm in this for the long haul - a lifestyle, NOT a diet. Weight loss is very slow due to hypothyroidism and medication.

To mix things up, I'm in a "starting over" phase, by joining a Spark Challenge and trying out the new Spark Coach. We'll see how that goes.

My Goals:
I would like to lose my last 20 pounds.

I also want to learn to stay active during the winter. It's easy the rest of the year when I can get outside to play tennis.

My Program:
I used to be on Weight Watchers, using their online tools. I want to track more than what WW has available (sodium, potassium, calcium).

I also have a full gym available at work (free of charge) for the first time. I plan to use it.

Personal Information:
My name is Stephanie.

Between my job and watching Cliff, I fell off the SparkWagon.

(I believe that menopause hormone issues are NOT helping either.)

Just lost my job about a week ago. Should make things easier to get back on that wagon.

Hi Stephanie, So here's how I'm using the Spark Solution. First, I bought the book. Then I read it, praised myself for what I'm already doing that they recommend and then started a "day one" for adding what else Spark Recommends. I am using the recipes as a guide because I want to be true to my eat local and plant based philosophy. Also, I do better when I'm accountable, but not too rigid. How's it going for you?

I feel deeply grateful for your *always* support and solidarity. Thanks for acknowledging my need to drop the self-judgment...yep. It's really a key part of the process.

I know you will excel in the challenge you've set, which will be honed in on with the *research,* of course.

That is so strange that you couldn't post to my page. Anyway, I'm glad you directed me to my sparkmail, because I almost never check it...so bad about that.

I'm glad the warrior dash was such a fun success for you emoticon

May your spring be filled with an unbounded sense of possibility...may that feeling go on and on.
