My Goals:
I joined Sparks in March 2010 to finish my weight loss program. I hit my goal of 121 lbs. (original starting weight 183 lbs.)!
Now I regularly use Spark to maintain. Also another function of Sparks for me is to make sure that I am getting my nutrients to assure that I can help my oncologist.
My Program:
My maintenance program is working as far as diet goes! But as a result of lifestyle changes due to the cancer I need help with fitness when I don't have the heart or desire to get some minutes in.
Personal Information:
I am from Conrath WI. I grew up in NC and that is where all of my family is so am trying to get back to be with them. Until March of 2012 I was a dairy farmer. Now I am retired!
Other Information:
I love to read and Santa gave me a new NOOK for Christmas so am really enjoying!
I should thank Sparks because Recipes are one of my favorites. I live in a strange "cooking world" as my husband has Celiac Disease and I am a vegetarian. The recipe calculator has really been a tool for me to survive!
