I'm really hoping to lose 30 lbs. and tone up all my flab....

I'm 22 y/o, and have 2 beautiful daughters ages 3 and 5 months. I put on alot of weight with both pregnancies, and I just cant get rid of it. I weigh 164 and I want to get back down to 135. I really want to be confident and feel good about myself again! I joined sparkpeople to meet new people and to get more motivation.

*I wanna weigh 135 lbs
*I wanna tone my whole body
*I want to have more energy
*I want to feel better about myself
*Be less stressed.... somehow

My Program:
*Eat 1,200 calories a day
*No soda
*No junk food
*Try to eat more fruits and veggies
*Do some kind of cardio for 30 min at least 4 times a week
*Strength train 3 x a week
*Play with my daughter outside
*Record everything

Personal Information:
I'm from middletown, NY but currently live in NJ.

Other Information:
*I really like to read.... especially true crime books.
*I like watching comedy and horror movies, but unfortunately for the past couple months I've only been able to watch Stewie from Family Guy.... because thats the only thing my daughter will watch. lol

Would love to be workout buddies!!! Lets do this!!! I did do the fit test yesterday...day 1 was to be today but I have to push it to tomorrow...I will not be off on Sunday now!!!
