I have been riding my bike and doing ttapp for my exercise. On bad weather days i add walking on a treadmill.
I have added weight lifting the last of 2012

I allowed sugar, gluten, grains, dairy, large portions of fatty meats, eggs, condiments, sweet potatoes, cabbage, spices, excess sodium, pork, seafood, cured meats, highly reactive vegetables and fruits back into my diet. I know all these food exacerbate internal inflammation for me, and that has definitely contributed to the weight gain.

My OMRON reads me high, too. When I was getting my BF done professionally I got the most accurate reading off of the OMRON when I told it that I am either a man or an athletic female 10 years younger than I am. I think it has something to do with the amount of muscle I've built, and the bone density that comes consequently.
