hi, my name is debbie and i have wanted to work out and have fun doing it. my friend eva is on the right, we were on vacation in washington 2006 summer. My husband of 36 yrs(wow) have 2 sons aged 33 and 30. we have one granddaughter and i want to keep up with her. and this is my plan.

I have been riding my bike and doing ttapp for my exercise. On bad weather days i add walking on a treadmill.
I have added weight lifting the last of 2012

Hello again, friend! Thank you for encouraging me on my blog today! And also thank you for encouraging me so regularly.

You're right in that my doctor is exceptional. We are at different points in life and probably isn't marriageable material. (We are family friends for the past 6 years, and he has some teenaged daughters I may or may not be old enough to have biologically created). But I am definitely keeping his services for as long as I can!

You're right that most people find a comfort zone and stay exactly where they are. I like to think of every decision as moving closer or further away from your goals. I had been stuck in a bad rut with bad habits, so I am very grateful that my doctor got my attention!

I allowed sugar, gluten, grains, dairy, large portions of fatty meats, eggs, condiments, sweet potatoes, cabbage, spices, excess sodium, pork, seafood, cured meats, highly reactive vegetables and fruits back into my diet. I know all these food exacerbate internal inflammation for me, and that has definitely contributed to the weight gain.
