*2013 Goals* Although I've met all my goals for 2012 and lost a total of 65lbs, I slacked off during the holiday season and didn't lose a single pound! I didn't gain - but for 2013 it's time to get back into weight loss mode and lose the last 30!
*2012 GOALS COMPLETED*
- Run a mile without keeling over - Make better food choices overall - Fit into my wedding bands by the time hubby gets out of bootcamp (late September). . - Fit into size 12s jeans by Christmas.
To reach my goal of 155lbs, I am: - Upping my H2O intake to 8-10 glasses a day, regularly again - Upping my workouts to 45-60minutes 5x/week with cardio everyday and strength training every other. - Going to bed earlier at night
