Lost my shape....again...:(
Okay, I was using this sight in 2007/8 and lost about 50 lbs. Well, I stopped exercising regularly and 20 of it crept back on. I'm here to get back on track.

My Goals:
Long Term: I want to get to a healthy weight in order to be able to remain active my entire life, to increase my endurance and stamina and so I can feel more comfortable in tight spaces. Medium: Jan 1 - 194 and increase crunches to 62 in a minute, increase pushups to 22 Short Term: Do a Pullup
My Program:
1. Cardio for 30 mins each day. 2. Strength training 3 times per week. 3. No more than 45 carbs per meal (Type II Diabetic)
