Hello hello! I am 28 years old and hoping to get to my goal weight by the time I'm 30. I live in a small town, in a small house with my wonderful boyfriend and our dog, Boston. I am currently a preschool teacher, while in grad school for my Master's in Education. I love life, but I just can't seem to tame my cravings and get excited about working out sometimes, which always leads to self-doubt, depressing thoughts, and an overall lackluster outlook everything I am. Hello hello! I am 28 years old and hoping to get to my goal weight by the time I'm 30. I live in a small town, in a small house with my wonderful boyfriend and our dog, Boston. I am currently a preschool teacher, while in grad school for my Master's in Education. I love life, but I just can't seem to tame my cravings and get excited about working out sometimes, which always leads to self-doubt, depressing thoughts, and an overall lackluster outlook everything I am. But I'm here to change that, through more support and motivation, I just know it will happen for me!!

I guess you could say I'm on a continuous journey to find out who I really am...and I welcome you on this journey with me!!

~Work out at least 6 days a week.
~Think positively!!
~No "secret" eating in my car on my commute to and from work.
~Be more active EVERYday!
~Drink LOTS of water!!
~Track ALL my food everyday.
~Blog at least once a week.
~Get within a healthy BMI and weight range.
~Run a 5K.
~Fit into a size 10 jean and Medium shirts!

~Workout 6 days a week:
Monday-Saturday:


~Lunch hour gym work outs.
~Track my food everyday. Staying within an average of 1200-1500 calories.

Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you. I will be popping in on the Weeks 1 - 3 training to help answer any questions that might pop up and to cheer you on to your goals! Be blessed! Be a runner!
