"Three of the most powerful words in the English language are 'I AM RESPONSIBLE.' It's tough to do, but when the day comes that you can say those words, believe them, and mean them, it will be the most liberating moment of your life. Taking responsibility for all of your results, for better or for worse, is taking back your power to create results in your life."
-Tom Venuto

"How do you build up your bank account? By putting something in it everyday.
Your health account is no different. What I do today, I am wearing tomorrow.
If I put inferior foods in my body today, I'm going to be inferior tomorrow, it's that simple.

"I will persist until I succeed. Always will I take another step.
If that is of no avail I will take another, and yet another.
In truth, one step at a time is not too difficult.... I know that small attempts, repeated, will complete any undertaking."

Hi Sue, thanks for your comment. I know how stressful work can be on an eating plan. I find myself wishing that I had a magic wand that would poof me into being like people who have no problems with their weight! And while you're at it, give me a super strong, sexy body! emoticon Okay, back to reality, I have to work for it dang it! I'm still struggling with after-work eating. I will keep going as if I were being successful though! I love that you're here. It says you aren't giving up! Hang in there with me friend!

Glad you got a chance to watch the movie. It was really inspirational to me!

Every night before I go to bed I make my juice for the next day and put it in the fridge. I got these rubbermaid bottles in the tupperware section and they were like 4 for $6 so I put my juice in those. Then in the morning I put them in my lunch bag with a ice pack and keep it on my desk during the day and just pull out my juice when I'm hungry. I have started getting into a nice routine so it gets easier to pull things together and get them juiced!
