Thank you for your sweet message with the goodie. I have really screwed up a lot with my weight loss, but I am doing great with the workouts. It amazes me how much stronger and fitter I am, even though I gained back most of what I lost and then have been yo-yoing with the weight ever since. I tell myself "As fit as you are now, just imagine how much fitter you'd be if you started eating right, too." Well, I am working on it. You know I don't quit!
