Just checking in. I had a really good week last week. I am still doing the old flex points Weight Watcher program. I used all my 35 flex points, but I didn't go over. I haven't done that in so long. I kept thinking about you saying how you felt better after the first week, and I hung on to that. I don't know if it was the sun out or the better eating, but yesterday and so far today I have had more energy and felt better.
It is so bitterly cold here. How's it over your way? I am so ready to make a move south.
I finally had a good day yesterday. It's been a long time since I made good eating decisions and stuck to it. Now to day 2 huh? Thanks for sharing your story with me. The words stuck, like food being a crutch, and the damage you have done. I heard those words loud and clear. I did my stationary bike last night and I have lost so much ground from a year ago that I have to get back.
