My Goals:
To eat healthier, break my addiction to sugar and drive-thru eating, and to lose weight. To be able to walk a 5K again. To find joy and gratitude in each day. To be fit and fabulous by the time I am able to retire!
My Program:
Track my food daily and stay within my allotted SparkPoints. Cook more meals at home instead of relying on eating out. Move a little bit more than the day before and track steps on my pedometer. Favorite Activities: walking outdoors, Leslie Sansone DVD's, Wii Fit Plus (especially Island Cycling, my fave!), Peggy Cappy's "Yoga for the Rest of Us" DVD's. Read something inspirational, motivational, or educational each day. Keep Gratitude Journal. Make it a point to accept more invitations and stay connected with family and friends. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
Personal Information:
I am a 61-year-old mother and grandmother, working full-time as office manager for a psychiatrist, a clinical psychologist, and a sport/performance psychologist. I have published one novel (out of print) and am trying to decide whether to Kindle-ize it. I am a vegetarian.
