"Never wait for the proper mood to start a thing, nor until the spirit moves you. Make your own mood. Make your own spirit. How? ACT. Do something – anything. Inspiration seldom generates action. Action always creates inspiration." -Author Unknown

"Direct yourself, consistently and persistently, toward the places, situations, experiences, people and results that you wish to have in your life. You have more than enough energy, opportunities and ability, when focused in a specific direction, to achieve whatever you choose. So choose to choose. Decide how your life will be, this hour, this day, this year, this century, and live the true richness of making it happen." -- Ralph Marston
Thanks for commenting on my blog, "Day 13 of my Streak." Have an awesome day!
"So long as there is breath in me, that long I will persist. For now I know one of the greatest principles of success; if I persist long enough I will win." -Og Mandino
Hi Sue! Thanks for stopping by my page to congratulate me on day two of my streak. I'm on day three now and hope to keep going and going! Streaking is a very motivating thing for me so I'm not sure why I stopped doing it, but it feels great to be back at it. How are you doing? I am here anytime you need support. Hugs, Pixie
“If you want to change your life, begin by changing your words. Start speaking the words of your dreams, of who you want to become, not the words of fear and failure.” -- Robert Kiyosaki
Thanks a bunch for the goodie, Sue! You are welcome for the card, of course I would send you one...you're one of my Spark besties! I am so THRILLED by how well you are doing! Losing 75 lbs is awesome. I bet you not only look good, but you must feel wonderful. Good health feels great, doesn't it? I'm really proud of you and happy for you. I hope you've been treating yourself to little non-food rewards along the way. You deserve them for your hard work.
Thank you for your sweet message with the goodie. I have really screwed up a lot with my weight loss, but I am doing great with the workouts. It amazes me how much stronger and fitter I am, even though I gained back most of what I lost and then have been yo-yoing with the weight ever since. I tell myself "As fit as you are now, just imagine how much fitter you'd be if you started eating right, too." Well, I am working on it. You know I don't quit!
Keep up the good work, I wish I could give you a big hug because I'm so happy for you! Have a blessed Easter. Hugs, Pixie
