It's got to get easier
I have always been thin (like 115) till I had a baby, that was 22 years ago and have not lost, but gained weight. Unfortunately I have brought my son down with me, my eating and exercise habits, what kind of mother have I become, there should be laws to prevent this from happening. All I can to is encourage him and let him find his own way. I have also been to so many Doctors and have had so many tests, all they keep saying is eat more, because I can go days without eating now I eat all the ...

Unfortunately I have brought my son down with me, my eating and exercise habits, what kind of mother have I become, there should be laws to prevent this from happening. All I can to is encourage him and let him find his own way. I have also been to so many Doctors and have had so many tests, all they keep saying is eat more, because I can go days without eating now I eat all the time and have that as a habit and need to stop, eating those sweets is what gets me. Also knowing I need to exercise more is going to help. Moving to Arizona a year and a half ago from Connecticut you would think I would be out all the time, NOT, I sit on my lazy patukus all night and weekend it's called LAZY with a capital "L". I have a full fitness center at work and started using it for 2 weeks and have been adding 5 min to the tredmill everyday. ... Starting this will hopefully give me the motivation...

My Goals:
1. to be able to sit on an airplane to go see my family next May. 2. Exerice more on the tush-- --Goals done-- to be under 300 lbs. not being out of breath walking up the stairs.
My Program:
as of November 2008 I am down to 1500 calories Yeah!!! tredmill or walking for 60 min every day and dancing for 30 and yoga/weights every day.

I will be 44 this Oct, and am from Florida, moved to Connecticut for 6 years and now live in Arizona with my husband and I have a 22 year old son and 3 cats and a dog. I am legal consultant/Mediator for a general practice firm.
