I know how easy it can be to just give in and skip those workouts when your husband doesn't want to go so I commend you for you for tackling those workouts without him! The other week my husband and I planned to go for a run together really early in the morning. Morning rolls around and its freezing out and neither one of us wanted to get out of bed, so we skipped it. Later my husband tells me that we need to be better motivators for each other. He's right. We've both been trying to do our parts but it's so hard! Specially with this damn gloomy weather all the time.
That's great that your sis works out with you. It definitely helps to have a buddy to workout with as it makes it more motivating to get up and go and plus it's fun! Glad you're running again. A 10K and a Half are awesome goals to work towards, you can do it!!! 2367 days ago
Have fun at your first day of class! I'm planning on going to Piloga tomorrow morning at 6:15. Oh man, just thinking about getting up at 5:30 is NOT appealing right now. But, I've GOTTA do this!!!
Stretching is definitely important. I make sure to stretch after every single workout and if I happen to be pressed for time and skip it, I can really tell.
Does your husband workout as well? Do you guys workout together?
