Coach Sue's Fitness Blog

I am a Beachbody coach, and would love to help other people achieve the fitness level that I have accomplished in the last year, through two injuries. My coaching is free!

I have lost 25 pounds, and have been exercising consistently since December, 2008. That is huge for me, as much as I enjoyed many different Beachbody workouts, I would keep it up for 2 or 3 months and get busy and quit. That is huge for me, as much as I enjoyed many different Beachbody workouts, I would keep it up for 2 or 3 months and get busy and quit. I am making eating right and working out a true lifestyle, not a past time. I have to work at it every day, it's still not easy, but I am so thrilled with the progress I have made! I am 42, and in the best shape of my entire life!

I have three grown children, the last one graduated in June, 2009. My oldest daughter is in the Army, stationed in Missouri. I'm married to my wonderful husband, and forcing him to eat healthier! Ha ha! He thinks I'm nuts half the time, and he's a very picky eater, so it's a challenge to eat as healthy as I would like to. But I'm making it work, trying to compromise but still eating right.

I exercise 6 days a week, and now I'm addicted to it! I had hip surgery on 10/16/09, so I will be blogging my recovery, and getting back into exercising, while trying not to lose the awesome progress I have had this year.

I am a professional photographer, and have been for over 20 years. I photograph all types of portraits, and weddings. I have become very "outdoorsy", and enjoy camping and quad riding, and horseback riding. I have two horses and a dog.

My Goals:
I would like to tighten my abs more, to have a truly flat stomach.

I would like to maintain my weight loss, and not put weight on during the winter or the holidays!

My Program:
I had hip surgery on 10-16-09, so I have to slow down right now and get back into putting full weight on my leg.

I usually do:
Turbo Jam
Insanity
Hip Hop Abs
and horseback riding
