No more excuses.....it's time to get moving.

I've never been thin, but since college I've packed on more than 100 pounds. Now, at 35 years old, I've hit the heaviest that I've ever been. This weight has got to go! I'm done being the fat girl. It's time to take control of my life and my health! I was doing well about a year ago, but gradually my new habits slipped and the weight crept back.

Now, another birthday has come and my focus on my health is returning. This time, I will not only focus on my short-term goals, but will also focus on making this a lifestyle change..... no more relying on fast food joints for most of my meals, no more mindless junk food binges, and a return to a more active lifestyle.

My Goals:
I have an overwhelming amount of weight to lose....so, I'm trying to focus on the basics.

Over the next few weeks, my goals are to re-establish my weightloss habits:
1. Excercise at least 45 minutes 4 times every week.
2. Limit calories to 1800-1900 per day.
3. Cut out soda and sugary drinks. Drink water instead.

Also, in the upcoming weeks, I will be checking out gyms in my area. (there's a nice gym about 2 blocks away, but I fear it will be out of my price range)
