The fat does NOT just walk away... it takes WORK

I've been working out with my fantastic FIANCE/soulmate and preparing to run my first 5K (Completed May 12, 2012). WE are committed to staying healthy and taking care of ourselves so we can spend the rest of our lives together. In addition to running, I also like belly-dancing and yoga. I ski and golf.

** I recently joined Gold's Gym in Harrisburg, PA and I'm enjoying feeling the burn!

Yay for a healthy lunch and tracking today! I need to be better about tracking! And I should have weighed myself this morning, cuz after eating today, I REFUSE the scale tomorrow! Buffalo Wild Wings (new in our town) is not sitting well with me today :(

Haha, you gained a pound or 5. That made me laugh. I am in the same boat. Good call about still tracking water and fruit/veggies. Def need to keep that in mind. Now off to drink some water :)
