My Goals:
My goal is to exercise everyday for a 1/2 hour. To keep a food and exercise journal. To cut down on calories.

I want to be 140lbs. size 10 I also think my back and knees will feel a lot better after losing the weight!

My Program:
Journaling, having a good support group. Participating in the Biggest Loser contest with my friends.

I'm from Md. originally. I have two awesome kids and a great husband.

Thanks for stopping by my blog & commenting.

I totally agree with you when you say that once you start depriving yourself .. that is when you are more open to falling off the wagon. So, I try to not deprive myself with anything. I just don't need my husband to continually put things in my face asking me if I want some. Just very frustrating! :(

Why do men often assume that we are cheating on them once we start looking after ourselves? Seriously! Everything must be about them!
